Tai Chi is suitable for people of all ages and levels of fitness, and will not cause you to become 'out of breath', or your heart to race. You will not be pushed into any movements that will cause pain or discomfort, and will not be stretched beyond your own limits.
Course duration: 12 weeks
Sessions: 24 (2x 45 min sessions per week)
Tai Chi is a very gentle form of exercise that is widely practiced in China, with people all over the world also discovering the benefits.
