Don't let the name put you off, Bootcamps are fun, interactive and varied group fitness sessions, leaving you with little opportunity to get bored!

Whether you’re an accomplished marathon runner or someone who is completely new to exercise, Bootcamp is totally scalable to your own ability, and a sure fire way of getting you on the right road to fitness. All sessions are run by qualified personal trainers and include a range of body weight exercises to help increase strength, endurance, and mobility, as well as increase your cardiovascular fitness.

Course duration: 12 weeks
Sessions: 36 

  • 1x 60 min session per week
  • 1x 45 min session per week
  • 1x 30 min session per week

A wide variety of exercises keeps your colleagues on their toes. They might get stuck in the mud, but never in a rut. Three different session lengths means it's always possible to fit Bootcamp into your week.
