Meet the team

Juice has been developed by leaders in HR, occupational health, wellbeing, and the health and fitness industry, providing the perfect recipe for success.

You're in good hands.

Juice started as an internal initiative at the University of Sheffield, co-founded by Andy Dodman and Gary Butterfield in 2011 and launched to their 8,200 staff in 2012. Following Juice's success at the University, Everyday Juice Limited was born in February 2015.

Juice's recipe for success delivers increased engagement and healthy, happy and productive employees. We're experts in HR, working a network of highly qualified Occupational Health specialists. Together, we offer a comprehensive range of clinical and non-clinical services, along with activity provision and strategic advice and development for in-house teams.

Gary Butterfield

Co-founder of Juice and Executive Director

I love what I do, and value every opportunity I get to learn from HR colleagues across multiple sectors.

I’m an alumnus of the University of Leeds, formerly worked in the fitness industry as well as professional rugby union, co-founder of Juice at the University of Sheffield, and Executive Director at Everyday Juice Limited (EJL). Through EJL, I get to take my passion and expertise for health and wellbeing to employers big and small, creating remarkable places to work with healthy and happy people.

I like to practise what I preach. When not doing something silly, you can usually find me out on my bike, running, swimming, or picking up something heavy; sometime all at once! In December 2014 I completed my first Ironman Triathlon in Western Australia and would love to do another.
