We've been in your shoes.
We started life within a very large organisation, so we know first-hand what it’s like to run a health and wellbeing offer for thousands of colleagues.
We found that although we offered a growing number of services to support the wellbeing of our colleagues, they weren’t getting the uptake that we had hoped. We realised that to generate engagement in our service we needed to change.
We decided to create an offer that was easy to identify using one, easily recognisable brand.
Juice was born.
Through Juice, we brought all of our services online into one place, making it easy for users to navigate. This made the offer much simpler to communicate across our networks.
To ensure that Juice was resource-light to manage and able to scale quickly, we automated everything that we could, including the end-to-end booking process of all activities and events. To help those not able to access activities and events we created the “Health Hub”, which gave colleagues access to weekly updated information and advice using the New Economics Foundation’s “Five Ways to Wellbeing” framework.
Juice brings people together through common interests, enabling colleagues to share their hobbies, interests, and talents with the wider organisation community. Juice also enables our health and wellbeing team to facilitate the organisation’s provision to support staff.
We’ve won loads of awards for what we do, including the Sunday Times Top 100 Health and Wellbeing Special Award. Whilst we’re delighted about this, it’s what our users are saying that really matters.
We thought these initial challenges were unique to us, but through various discussions with large employers and a lot of conference presentations, it was apparent that it wasn’t.
We now tailor Juice to help you overcome these same issues.
It’s absolutely changed my life for the better…I am so very grateful for everything Juice has done.
